You do not find the material
or items offered on this site offensive or objectionable; you
understand the standards and the laws of the community to
which you are requesting this material sent and you are solely
responsible for your actions; you will not permit any person
who might find such material personally offensive to see this
material. You agree that images, statements and items
contained and distributed through this site are intended for
novelty purposes only no matter how they are
described. Ordering any item from this site implies
that you understand and accept fully these Terms & Conditions
and that you take complete responsibility for your own actions
subsequently releasing from all liability all
persons or organizations associated with this web site .
Exceptions: Generally I send the
exact item you see in the picture associated with your choice,
however there are times that either I don't get to post sold
out on the item quick enough or, since many times I buy more
than one of the items at a time and have occasionally thought
I had one more available when I didn't, or since for update
convenience I don't deaden the buy now link but simply change
it to sold out and have had persons still process an order
when it is clearly posted sold out, you agree by making any
purchase from my site that if for whatever reason, those
listed above or something I may not have thought of here, to
accept what I do send. I will however get you an item that is
as close as possible to the pictured one. You can if you'd
like send an email ahead of your purchase to ask If I have the
exact item and request I hold it for you. I will only hold an item
for 12 hours so please process the purchase as quickly as
possible under those conditions!
Confidentiality:
If you buy using a credit card your
statement will say: official CP. That’s the company I have an
arrangement with to sell my items. They're very safe and
reliable and all sensitive type information will be taken on a
secure encrypted page. All information I receive from you will
be used ONLY to process your order and will not be given to
anyone other party to use for any other purpose.
Guarantee:
No items sold from this site will be
accepted for return or exchange. However all of the novelty
items sold here are full satisfaction guaranteed therefore if
you're not happy with the item simply notify me of such and of
course give enough information to identify who you are and
that you did purchase the item from this site and I'll be glad
to give a full refund or send another of the same order.
However because unfortunately we all know there are people
that will try to exploit a policy of this kind, I must reserve
the right to refuse a request to refund money or replace an
item more than once from the same customer. Please understand
though that I want you to be happy and if there are some
special type circumstances I MAY under those conditions
replace or refund more than one order. ALL REQUESTS FOR
REPLACEMENTS OR REFUNDS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF
RECEIPT OF THE ITEM.
International Customers:
Do
to unpredictable integration from one countries mailing
service to another it is strongly recommended, and required
for delivery guarantee, that all international orders, orders
outside the US, be shipped by global express (EMS). Both
countries will handle this mail with priority and all movement
can be tracked by both you and me. It appears that as a
consequence of this added responsibility the mailing services
deliver the packages much faster. Standard shipping can take
10 to 30 days depending on the country and time of year.
Please note that although items sent from me would more likely
than not appear to be more of a personal package than a
dutiable type parcel if your package would be subject to
customs fees and import duties of the country to which you are
having your order shipped to they are your responsibility.
These could occur once a shipment reaches your country.
Additionally, when ordering something from me, you would be
considered the importer and must comply with all laws and
regulations of the country in which you are receiving the
product. International customers are responsible for duty
taxes and shipping if an order is confiscated, refused, or
being held by customs.
